Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Spicy Durian is preparing its online storefront and is not accepting orders or shipping products yet. This policy outlines the fulfillment approach planned for future ecommerce sales.
Shipping destinations
When checkout opens, we expect to start with U.S. domestic shipping. International shipping, if offered, will be shown at checkout with applicable rates, restrictions, and customs responsibility.
Processing times
Future processing times will be displayed on product pages or at checkout. Processing time means the time needed to confirm payment, prepare the order, and provide it to the carrier.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates will be calculated or disclosed before payment is collected. Rates may vary by product size, weight, destination, carrier service, and promotional offers.
Tracking
If tracking is available for a future order, the tracking number and carrier information will be sent after shipment.
Lost or delayed packages
Carrier delays can occur. For future orders, customers should contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or if a package appears lost after the carrier's estimated delivery window.
Fulfillment status
Spicy Durian does not claim to operate a public retail location or owned warehouse at this launch stage. Final fulfillment arrangements will be confirmed before public sales begin.
