Return and Refund Policy

Spicy Durian is not currently accepting orders, so no returns or refunds are being processed at this time. This policy describes the return framework we expect to use once checkout becomes available.

30-day return window

For eligible future purchases, customers will generally have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, include original packaging and accessories, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To request a future return, email hello@spicydurian.com with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, photos or video if the product is damaged, and a short description of the reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees

• Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product defect or our shipping error.
• Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds may exclude shipping costs, transaction fees, or other non-refundable charges disclosed at checkout.

Exchanges

For future orders, exchanges may be available only for the same product originally purchased, subject to availability. We do not expect to offer exchanges for different products. If a same-product exchange is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative resolution.

Return process

• Email us with the order number, receipt, and relevant product photos or video.
• Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the order number inside the package.
• Keep proof of postage until the return is received and inspected.
• We will email the refund or exchange status after inspection.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, promotional items, gift cards, customized products, used personal electronics, opened hygiene-sensitive accessories, and items damaged by misuse may not be eligible for return.
